Why I love filming at Alyson's Orchard
I've been filming weddings at Alyson's Orchard since 2025. The 350-acre working orchard, rolling lawns, post-and-beam hall, and Connecticut River Valley views create a beautiful sense of openness.
The property changes throughout the seasons, and that natural variation is one of my favorite things to capture. Orchards, hills, sky, and warm timber interiors give the finished film a strong visual rhythm without feeling overly styled.
With lodging and celebration spaces on the property, guests can settle in and the day can breathe. That usually creates more real interactions, which is exactly what I want to preserve in a story-driven wedding film.
